It’s an area that has seen a great deal of activity in recent years not only because of the new construction of condos (including Tao) but also because of new local shopping areas (IKEA’s Sunrise store & Sawgrass Landings, where you’ll find LA Fitness, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Quizno’s, Kinko’s & more). Artesia has some extraordinary prices right now… lower than pre-construction pricing. In addition, stay tuned for a new product introduction there that will be so unique it will wake up the market. There will only be a limited number offered in the next couple of weeks.

Club Villas are available for sale this weekend, 1/26! Only 64 Club Villas will be offered.
These homes are large and lavish, at 2,400-2,800 sq. ft. living area. At 2 per building, each villa lives like a single family home with the added amenity of an oversized rear-entry 2-car garage. And priced from the upper $300s… this is a lot of value in a private club development.
